CERTIFIED INSTALLATION CONSULTANT (CIC)

As a CIC you will be involved in every aspect of the sales and installation process for Solatube skylights and Solarstar Solar Powered Attic fans. You will meet with customers, help them finalize product placement, and professionally install their order the same day. Roofing experience is required as well as a dedication to customer service. You must be comfortable working on a roof for short periods of time, be able to follow written instruction, have a strong work ethic, and be able to communicate with the public.

• Customer Satisfaction (internal and external): Ability to provide excellent customer service. Builds long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and decisiveness as appropriate. Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image. Ability to work as a team with support departments.
• Merchandise Installation: Ability in proper installation techniques and procedures. In-depth knowledge of products and installation procedures.
• Communication Development: Written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely.
